1.      Position Title: Associate, Member and Client Relations

Duty Station:-Addis Ababa

Availability:-As soon as possible

Job Purpose :-to serve as a liaison between customers and the Exchange, to ensure that customer concerns or complaints are properly recorded, direct to the responsible Division and follow-up to respond in a timely fashion.  

DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

• Captures customers complaint, concerns and feedback and respond promptly to customer enquires;
• Provides front-line, telephone and electronic advice and support to customers. Establish contact with members/clients up on request of different Divisions;
• Tracks, follow-up and resolves customers’ outstanding issues in a timely fashion and administer members email;
• Keeps record of customer interaction, details of enquires, comment and complaint. Prepares databases and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose;
• Prepares and submits periodic reports on customer enquiries, comment, complaint and responses and feedback so as to develop customer service analytics and trends;
• Participates in conducting customer service survey; provide feedback to other Divisions and Departments on the efficiency of customer service;
• Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

·         BA in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Management and related fields

·         2 years in Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Sales Management, Marketing, and related business
