SPECIFICATIONS: SELECTION CRITERIA
- Min. of 5 years’ experience in field sales and trade marketing functions with some brand marketing exposure.
- Ability to analyze the trade dynamics and assess what promotions are required to gain advocacy and increase volume and market share (ROI).
- Experience in evaluating promotions/activation and ensuring effective execution of same.
- Designing and implementing tailored BTL service packages and POS to give Zebidar a unique competitive edge.
- Relevant Commercial Degree is essential, plus good numeracy skills.
